I’ve taken on a new role at my day job. As I was reminded by the guy who held it before me it is “responsibility without authority”.  But ya know, absolute power can corrupt or just change a person and with the amount of power I have been handed I’ve decided to make some changes. Some earth bending, paradigm shift type of changes like what brand of staples I put in my stapler, how high my chair is set and exactly how much of my lunch I shall miss following up on bone headed calls.

I’ve included a few sketches today to show a little of how I work. First I sketch out an idea in a sketchbook I usually carry around at work. Next I scan that in and then do the digital inking over the top. This has only been true for the last few posts but will probably become the standard for my posts.
