Norwescon is on it’s way again. I will be managing Artist’s Alley this year and loving the community of Artists gathered there! I’ll be demonstrating some painting while hanging out in AA as well. More news on when I’ll be there soon. It is also my wake up call to start finishing some artwork. I’m behind, again, and I really need to just get it done. The new job is taking a lot of my energies and is killing my for endurance in the evening. I hope to take a day off here and there to get some work complted and to continue with my webcomic adventure.
You might be seeing some strange stuff up here as I do some experimentation so bear with me and keep with the ride!

So I’ve been gone for s month.. but not really. A new job and life has had me bound up in outside duties. With my new job the comic Grease Monkeys will be much more difficult so I’ll be trying out some more stuff. I also will be involved with the local science fiction convention Norwescon coming up here in a couple of weeks. This is not only going to be a great con but Artist’s Alley is shaping up to be fantastic. I am the Manager for Artist’s Alley and found that we had so many wanting to be a part of it that scheduling became difficult, in a good way! We are also having a special Comic Artist’s spotlight on Saturday evening with some great local comic artists and web comic artists. If you are going to be in Seattle on Easter weekend come by and enjoy the fun!

I nod off from time to time at work. And there has been the time where I nodded off long enough to actually form a line of drool from my mouth to a location just above the paperwork I was “finishing”. But have you ever truly just laid back with the intention of sleeping? I mean, pulled up a pillow and make shift blanket and said to yourself “I’m going nighty night!.” In a work place that puts you in a very vulnerable position. You have to have co workers that you can trust. People who will not take advantage of you or the situation that you have freely put yourself in. I for one do not have such co workers. I imagine all sorts of vile acts that would be perpetrated upon me if I even dare try to catch 40 winks.
